B-Stock

Full functionality at considerably reduced prices

B-stock products are products that aren’t categorized as standard distribution and are offered for a special price. You will get a fully functional product at a special price if you are buying from our B-stock. The only limitations compared to our conventional trading goods are small signs of deterioration or optical failures. This happens mostly due to a return - the products were unpacked and tested once.

What does B-stock include primarily?

• No original packing but the products are as good as new
• Products with small optical failures
• Demo products from our stores that were tested by customers in the shop

Where does the B-stock come from in the majority of cases?

• Returns: e.g. customers make use of their right of objection and return the goods
• Demo products: products that were displayed in our stores and are not needed there anymore

What about the quality?

The quality of our products is very important for us. Therefore we make sure of the full functionality of the products when assigning them to the B-stock. All products are fully checked by our service department. We assure that you will receive top-quality products only.

What about the guarantee?

For our B-stock products the warranty is affected. The warranty period for second-hand goods is one year from date of delivery of the product. In case of a warranty do not hesitate to contact us.
