Da der MIDI-Standard eines der ältesten Protokolle zum Befehlsaustausch in der Musikwelt ist, lässt sich nahezu jede professionelle Musiksoftware (z. B. Ableton Live, Cubase, ProTools, Logic, GarageBand, FL Studio, Tracktion, Reaper, ...) über MIDI steuern. Der Umfang und die Art der Funktionen, die sich in unterschiedlicher Software mit diesem Keyboard steuern lassen kann dabei varirieren. Viele Programme bieten aber auch die möglichkeit eingehende MIDI-Befehle frei beliebigen Parametern zuzuweisen. |

| Answer: | Nein. Zur Übertragung der MIDI-Befehle, die das Keyboard sendet (z. B. an einen Hardware Synthesizer) ist immer ein angeschlossener Computer notwendig. Auch besitzt dieses Controller-Keyboard keine eigene Klangerzeugung und somit auch weder integrierte Lautsprecher noch Audioausgänge.
